Moving on after SWAP
The whole point of SWAP is to prepare you to succeed in Higher Education.
If you have successfully completed all units of your SWAP programme and met the conditions of any offers, then you are ready for the next level.
Each college and university will have its own 'welcome' and induction programme and each will offer opportunities for you to gradually transition into Higher Education. Some of these may take place over the summer, or right at the beginning of the year, but you may also find opportunities to remain involved with your university or college throughout the year (e.g. through student mentoring or other activities).
Visit the links on the left for more information about what's available at each institution or go to the Transitions page to find the collective list.
